We presently manufacture OEM automotive parts used in world-class racing cars, automobiles, heavy locomotives, bicycles and other related industries. Therefore, the quality of products must be both functional and safe to satisfy customers.
Not only holding an ISO 9001: 2015 certification, FENG CHING also capable of employs extensive quality control measures including APQP, FMEA and SPC planning.
During the whole mass production process, we always pay close attention to every detail. The incoming inspection can ensure that the appearance and dimensions of material are qualified. All operators will follow the SOP to carry out the first piece inspection, hourly inspection and final inspection tasks.
Besides, testing facilities include three 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) can assure repeatable accuracy, Rockwell hardness tester and Surface Roughness Tester also maintain product quality and integrity.
