When FENG CHING was founded in 1995, we began doing OEM and ODM manufacturing of traditional aluminum alloy bicycle parts and scooter parts for major manufacturers. Our R&D department not only simply follow the drawings, but also makes suggestions for improvements to support your project from prototyping to production.
PLAN
In the initial stage of product development, we understand the importance of choosing the right materials, using the most appropriate metal forming and machining methods, and applying the best after-machining and surface treatment. All processed will be fully evaluated to minimize risk and optimize products.
DO
We design machining programs and measuring programs according to the requirements of product. Exclusive molds, processing tools and measuring gauges are also made independently. Depending on market situation, our rapid prototyping capabilities with high-efficiency and high-quality can meet customer needs.
CHECK
With the complete range of quality testing facilities include 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to assure repeatable accuracy, Rockwell Hardness tester, Surface Roughness Tester and Optical Image measuring machine etc., we can provide data-based analysis results to ensure consistent quality.
ACT
Based on the results of process and product quality monitoring, we combine market feedback to establish optimization policies to continuously improve and enhance the competitiveness of FENG CHING.
